At 30 square meters (320 sq ft), the Rosa flat is designed to accommodate a single person or a couple and is located at semi-underground level (8 steps up, 15 steps down) in a historic building less than 10 minutes' walk from the Colosseum. Comfort and a sense of roominess are guaranteed in the beautifully lit open-space living area, sleeping alcove with king-size bed (memory mattress and ergonomic bed frame), side tables, reading lamps, wardrobe, satellite TV, and modern en-suite bathroom.
