Our Borghese apartment is an airy and spacious oasis hidden on a quiet cobblestone street in the middle of Rome's historic Jewish ghetto, just off Piazza Venezia.  Some of THE most beautiful little squares that typify everyone's image of Rome are practically at your doorstep: Piazza Margana, magical at night, and Piazza Mattei with the famous turtle fountain, are just two among them.  From here, you're walking distance to the most famous Roman monuments: for one thing, you're at the foot of the Campidoglio, with its ramp designed by Michelangelo.  You're practically within the Roman Forum itself and within sight of the Colosseum.  Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain are all within 15 minutes’ walk.

And yet, our apartment is on a residential side street away from noise, crowds, and traffic. It is a light-filled escape to rest after a day of sightseeing thanks to its sweeping windows and gracious high ceilings.

This spacious and tastefully furnished apartment measures 180 square meters, or 2000 square feet.  It was recently renovated and comes fully equipped with all the amenities. Characteristically charming and curated with guest comfort in mind, Borghese is located on the ground and upper floors of a historic Roman palazzo on a beautiful cobblestone street and has lots of light tons of space for relaxing.

The apartment has a private independent street level entrance. There is a comfortable foyer at the entrance where you can hang your coats and leave your shoes among other items. The foyer opens up to the living room which features 3 sofas, 2 armchairs, a flatscreen TV with DVD player, and large windows with views of beautiful historic Roman buildings all around. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are comfortably located by each other thanks to a modern open floor plan. Some of the amenities of the kitchen include a dishwasher, microwave, and dining table with 8 chairs. On this floor, you will also find one of the bedrooms with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The upper level -- accessed by two separate staircases, made of marble and with interesting "architecture" -- features a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (separable into two single beds if desired), with an adjacent hall bathroom with a shower.  The other staircase leads up to the flat's third bedroom with another divisible queen-size bed, plus an additional lounge/living area that has a comfortable sofa which can open into a double bed.
The apartment is equipped with A/C, Wi-Fi, safe, video games, table games, and a crib and high chair.

Transport in the form of taxis, a dozen or more bus lines, and, at 10 minutes' walk, the metro.  The immediate surroundings are full of shops, galleries, bars, cafes, and authentic restaurants where you can sample some real Roman dishes.
